Consumer & Market Intelligence Manager
As Consumer & Market Intelligence Manager at L'Oréal Hellas, your role will be to develop and ]implement the CMI vision, mission & strategy, integrating all the business needs. You will connect the dots between market and consumer information, you will identify actionable business opportunities and work with the division teams on budget strategy and major strategic growth acceleration projects.

- Develop and implement a CMI annual roadmap, integrating division needs.
- Establish holistic / 360 market framework for informing decisions.
- Lead consumer, brand and go-to-market research projects, with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Create synthesis of market and consumer insights including social listening.
- Propose growth drivers for divisions; find synergies.
- Build and transmit a consumer centric culture.
- Organize workshops for study engagement, understanding and activation. Support them turn insights into business opportunities.
- Guard and improve service levels of key external partners.
- Support zone meetings to bring CMI point of view.
- Ensure CMI input in the division growth cycles (reviews, presentations, client plans).
- Ensure alignment with global CMI teams (zone, divisions), feed to business.
- Drive innovation: new studies, tools (i.e. Power BI), automation.
- Build and control CMI budgetary framework.
- Communicate, advice and influence the right levels in the organization to impact business decisions.
- Upskill teams by sharing CMI expertise, introducing innovation and by leveraging internal & external benchmarking and networking.
Qualifications / experience ...
Min 5 years of similar experience
Either similar position in FMCG field or analytics experience with consumer & market analysis experience
Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal)
