LEGAL COUNSEL

GREECE

Your tasks will include:

• Solving legal issues, e.g., in the areas of property law, labor law, corporate law and the associated provision of concrete recommendations for action.
• Preparation, review, and negotiation of diverse customer contracts.
• Active support in the implementation of international contract standards.
• Contract management internal and external (Lease contracts, Employment Agreements, Bonus Agreements, Third party Agreements).
• Support project based as well as handle ad hoc legal cases.
• Communication with external lawyers and the legal headquarters in Denmark
• Cooperation with the local management.
• Optimization of process workflows.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm.

• Proven ability in Employment Law Commercial Law and Contract Law.
• Ability to communicate and provide sound legal advice which balances business needs against legal risks.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide business-oriented strategic, practical advice and creative solutions
• Coordinating interests of various stakeholders in a solution-oriented manner.
• Passionate about solving legal issues of all kinds as an all-rounder.
• See clear communication as one of your strengths.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability working in a team.
